Quarto bom, mas com pouco espaço para as malas dos quatro ocupantes. Piscinas pequenas, mas bem quentinhas. A jacuzzi poderia ter a água mais quente. Ambiente do café bem agradável!

Hospedagem decepcionante
Chegando para check-in no Fratello fomos barrados na entrada pois o hotel estava fechado, devido as chuvas no RS. Sem nenhum aviso prévio, criando um grande desconforto, fomos direcionados por um funcionário que se encontrava no local para um outro hotel da rede Laghetto, o Pedras Altas, que não possuía as mesmas condições (ex: um dos motivos para escolher o fratello era a Jacuzi família da área de piscina o que não tinha no outro hotel). O Pedras altas estava super lotado, no horário de café tivemos que aguardar mais de 30 minutos por uma mesa, o buffet estava com vários itens faltantes (até suco de laranja não tinha). Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e receptivos, porém a situação estava um caos, fila no checkin, fila nas dependências do hotel, muita gente na piscina, espera longa pelo veículo, elevadores sempre lotados, fila no checkout. Programei esta viagem para descansar e relaxar com a família e voltei mais extressado do que fui. O hotel que fomos direcionado é muito bem localizado, porém a situação toda da hospedagem deixou muito a desejar. Não sei se retornarei para hospedagem na rede, pois foi minha primeira experiência na Lagheto e deixou muito a desejar. Foi decepcionante esta estadia no Lagheto Pedras Altas. Me hospedei em vários hotéis em Gramado e estava ansioso pois era a primeira vez no Lagheto e me decepcionei.
