Fantástico
Eu e minha família passamos dias maravilhosos em Gramado-RS no Hotel Alpenhaus . O Flat e o Hotel são de uma infraestrutura fantástica . Camas muito confortáveis , serviço de quarto, recepção e restaurante muito atenciosos . Café da manhã colonial maravilhoso. O Flat onde ficamos tinha uma varanda com uma vista maravilhosa para uma área verde . Pisicina e hidromassagem com águas quentes, sauna, video game e sala de lazer para as crianças, rede Wi-Fi e computadores . Precisei de serviços de entrega de farmácia, lanches e táxi e a recepção me atendeu prontamente. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a Estadia .

Otima!
Gostamos muito do apartamento, com os seus 2 quartos tem um bom espaco para 3-4 pessoas. E muito bom tambem poder contar com os servicos do hotel, os funcionarios sao atentos e amaveis e a limpeza e boa. O café da manha e tao gostoso que optamos todos os dias por ele. A única coisa que sentimos falta no apto sao algunos utensilios de cocinha (pratos, facas, etc.) pois como tem geladeira e microondas da para fazer algum llantar la. Mas passamos umas vacacoes muito lindas e de ser possivel voltariamos!

Muito acima das expectativas!
Viajamos no inverno de 2015, com 2 filhos e o apartamento é maravilhoso, mesmo para quem vai com crianças, pois tem uma ante sala que ajuda a manter a privacidade. Na saleta tem pia e frigobar, o que nos ajudou bastante com as crianças. A localização é ótima, pois dá pra caminhar até o Centro tranquilamente. A limpeza não deixou a desejar, e o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é muito bom. O hotel possui uma área kids pertinho da piscina, o que pra nós foi muito bom, bem útil. Recomendo a todos!

Maravilhoso!
O flat do Sr. Carlos é maravilhoso, é exatamente como o descrito no anúncio e superou minhas expectativas. Éramos quatro no flat, porém como é grande e subdividido foi possível manter a privacidade. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura e fomos tratados como todos os demais hóspedes. No primeiro dia da nossa estadia a TV que fica no quarto (o flat tem TV nos dois ambientes) apagou e entramos em contato com a recepção, que nos informou que não poderia fazer nada sem antes contactar o proprietário, então fomos ao passeio que havíamos programado. Ao voltar, simplesmente estavam instalando uma TV novinha, zerada!!! Nossa, ficamos impressionados com a rapidez e preocupação do Sr. Carlos em sanar o problema. Foram dias maravilhosos. Obrigada!
