Living room with sofa, LCD TV, cable TV with 81 channels, table and four chairs, cupboard and balcony. Fitted kitchen with sink, cabinets, breakfast counter, refrigerator, electric stove with two burners, electronic filter, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Two bathrooms (one with shower, one toilet only). Three bedrooms, one with double bed box, dresser and nightstand; another bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed, wardrobe; third bedroom with a box bed and an auxiliary bed, bookcase and chair. Available three portable heaters (useful in winter and on cold days) and a portable tower fan (for the hot days). Central heating with hot water at all taps.

Apartamento muito bem localizado!
Nós amamos o apartamento, além de ser muito bem localizado, aproximadamente 10 minutos a pé do centro, o apartamento está numa rua super tranquila, com vusta para area verde, muito silencio e paz! Cozinha totalmente reformada e o sofa super novo! Ficamos muito bem instalados. Fomos recebidos pela Eliandra que é um amor de pessoa. Recomendo!

Apartamento muito bom, igual ao da descrição. Muito bem localizado, 15 de a pé até o centro de Gramado. O apartamento acomoda tranquilamente 7 pessoas. Fomos em cinco casais, ficamos hospedados em dois triplex, 103 e 104, o 104 aparenta ter sido reformado a pouco, está em boas condições, o 103 necessita de reformas, mas não ao ponto de desaconselhar a hospedagem, salvo que você seja uma pessoa muito exigente. A localização é ótima, permite deixar o carro na garagem. Fomos em quatro carros, conseguimos deixar dois na garagem, um dentro do pátio e outro ficou junto ao meio fio, como é um condomínio fechado a noite o local é bastante tranquilo. A área verde na frente do imóvel e a vista para o vale do quilombo a poucos metros de distância é um grande diferencial. Um ponto negativo é a falta de internet no apartamento e a dificuldade de acesso a rede pelo celular (dependendo da operadora, só na sacada). O mobiliário do 103 é antigo. O fogão não tem acendimento automático e não tinha fósforos no local, o que é um grande problema para quem chega a noite. O atendimento do Sr. Rivelino no agendamento e da Sra. Maribel na entrega do imóvel foram perfeitos.

Razoável!
A localização do imóvel é ótima, super perto do centro, a vista é linda, porém o imóvel necessita de reformas e alguns cuidados. Havia mofo no teto do banheiro e parede (de fora) do banheiro, um vazamento no teto da segunda escada (estava formando uma bolha d'água), ventilador do quarto quebrado, muitas rachaduras grandes por todo o imóvel, e a roupa de cama, que me foi gentilmente emprestada, estava com manchas horríveis. Enfim, a estadia foi razoável, apesar de atenciosos o dono e a zeladora.

Localização e conforto excelente
Atendimento incrível do Sr. Rivelino e Matheus com o processo de locação super organizado (contrato, check-in, check-out); Localização excelente, em um condomínio tranquilo, arborizado, com segurança e próximo ao centro de Gramado. Apartamento de acordo com as especificações das fotos e do contrato. Recebemos ele limpo e organizado. Recomendo para famílias de até 6 pessoas, pelo fato de haver apenas 1 banheiro e as outras acomodações ficaram no andar de baixo, mas, é possível ficar 9 sim.

Apartamento maravilhoso!
O apartamento é realmente igual ao das fotos, muito bem localizado e em um condominio tranquilo. Estivemos hospedados em 5 pessoas, mas a casa comporta seguramente entre 9 a 10 pessoas. Pesquisei bastante antes de alugar esse apartamento e posso afirmar que o preço dele em relação a outros com a mesma capacidade é muito bom. Além disso, o Sr. Rivelino é uma pessoa solicita e o contrato é formal e firmado em cartório. O Sr. Mateus, que é a pessoa que nos recebeu para o checkin/checkout, foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante. Eu e minha familia queremos lhes agradecer a hospitalidade de ambos!

Apto, ótima localização e bonita vista
Fomos em 2 casais no início de dezembro (de 4 a 11), o apartamento de 3 pavimentos tem uma localização muito boa, próxima do centro de Gramado e o visual do condomínio é muito bom. O apto tem um espaço tranquilo e confortável. Nosso contato anterior foi sem problemas e fomos bem recebidos pelo Mateus. No período em que estivemos lá, estava um calor enorme, uma média de 35 graus e no 1º dia notamos que o único ventilador de teto do apto, no quarto de casal não estava funcionando, assim como a privada do lavado estava com problemas. Ligamos para o Mateus informando e ele compareceu na sexta-feira e consertou a privada. Infelizmente ficamos sem ventilador num período extramente quente. Sugiro que tenha um pouco mais de facas, só havia duas e um pouco mais de copos, assim como ventiladores para o período do Natal Luz. Notei que tem vários aquecedores, assim quem for ao inverno está protegido. Citei detalhes que são importantes, mas não restringem o local. Recomendo o aluguel do apto triplex, com certeza. Recomendo muito bom, Tudo conforme o combinado
Ótimo apartamento, confortável e bem localizado. Situado a 100 mts da avenida central, próximo a alguns pontos turísticos. Bom para quem não tem carro e precisa locomover-se a pé. O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos e descrição, limpo, bem equipado e com excelente localização. O condomínio é organizado e limpo, a garagem é boa! Esse apartamento e a Cidade de Gramado, no proporcionou bons momentos inesquecivéis. Só temos a agradecer a atenção do Rivelino e do Mateus.

Uma ótima opção
Localizada bem perto do Centro, em uma área muito aconchegante, com muita área verde. E a casa oferece boa infraestrutura, além de proprietário e corretor serem de fácil relacionamento. Enfim, uma ótima opção. Eu recomendo.
