Modern vacation apartment with Zugspitze view

We offer a bright, modern furnished apartment with a fantastic mountain view from Alpspitze to Zugspitze. It is absolutely quiet and very central. Swimming pool, children's playground, spa gardens and Zugspitz train station in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has 90 square meters, is very spacious and has wooden and stone floors in all rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and are suitable for allergy sufferers. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room there is a nice dining area, an inviting large couch for several people and a flat screen TV. WiFi is available in the apartment. The south-southwest balcony offers plenty of space and an impressive view of the mountains. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the second with a shower. Shower and bath towels and bed linen are of course available.

Gertraud Leismüller is a caring VRBO host who provided my wife & I a very memorable stay in her Grainau apartment. The property was as described and the views of the Zugspitz from the wrap around balconies was over the top. Gertraud promptly answered all emails and our phone calls very quickly to include information/detail of where we could rent ebikes nearby, which we did, thus bumping up our fun factor/stay just that much more. As a USAF retiree we found the local PX/Commissary complex just a few minutes drive down the road...this to purchase a cooler & ice for favorite beverages when out an about. Thank you again Gertraud for a wonderful stay in Grainau.

Ein wundervoller Blick auf die Zugspitze
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig und gut zentral gelegen. Zum Bäcker mit 10 Minuten Fußweg. Mit der Tiroler Gästekarte kann man von Grainau mit der Zugspitzbahn hoch zum Eibsee und von dort mit der Seilbahn zum Gipfel. Wir waren begeistert von der guten Anbindung und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man von der Ferienwohnung zu Fuß erreichen.Gästekarte kann man bis zum Zugspitzeplatt fahren, von der zugspi

Einfach toll
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft angekommen, waren wir baff. Der Ausblick ist einfach gigantisch und die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super schöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und tip top saubere Wohnung! Die Fotos halten, was sie versprechen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Frau Leismüller ist eine sehr sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ruhige Lage, dennoch ist die Zugspitzbahn, die nach Garmisch sowie an den Eibsee fährt, in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenso der Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants, Eisdiele etc. (Edeka, Aldi etc. sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar). Frei- und Hallenbad liegen 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Darüber hinaus bietet die Umgebung ganz viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Fazit: Perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Wohnung, klare Empfehlung!
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem gut erreichbar, fussläufig u.a. zum Bahnhof, Bäcker und Schwimmbad. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, top sauber und ansprechend. Frau Leismüller reagiert auf mögliche Fragen sehr schnell und extrem nett! Wir haben so unseren Skiurlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…

Sehr schöne, ruhige und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Bergblick
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen abtrennbaren Zimmerbereich mit Bad für die Kinder. Der Balkon läd zum verweilen mit einem phantastsichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhigen Grainau, abseits des Touristenrummels von Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Schwimmbad (mit Sauna) und Touri-Inf sind direkt gegenüber, der Bahnhof mit der Zahnradbahn zum Eibsee und Zugspitze liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spontan und wunderbar
Unser Roadtrips durch Deutschland hatte uns auch ins Zugspitzgebiet geführt. Sehr spontan haben wir am Abend gleich für den nächsten Tag gebucht und alles hat trotzdem perfekt geklappt. Sehr gute, klare und nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück und Check-In klappte reibungslos mit Hilfe der Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, unsere Gästekarten lagen bereit und sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung stand bereit. Der Einrichtungsstil ist klar und aufgeräumt, trotzdem fehlt es an nichts und es wird mit wenigen, gezielt eingesetzten Dekoelementen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gezaubert. Über die schönen Frühstückstassen haben wir uns jeden Morgen neu gefreut und für kühlere Abende gab es sogar Kuscheldecken. Man fühlt sich willkommen und als Gast wergeschätzt. Der große Balkon bietet sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Nachmittagskaffee ein sonniges Plätzchen, immer mit herrlichem Bergblick. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, man hört nur die Kastanien vom Baum plumpsen. Generell liegt Grainau aber wirklich mittendrin von allem, mit dem Auto ist man ganz rasch an allen interessanten Orten, Seilbahnen und Wanderpunkten und es gibt sooo viel zu sehen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Brake auf unserer Reise durch Deutschland und wenn es uns noch einmal in die Zugspitzregion verschlägt (definitiv eine Reise wert), dann würden wir in dieser Wohnung sehr gerne wieder einchecken! Noch einen lieben Gruß an unsere Gastgeberin, wir haben den spontanen netten Plausch an unserem letzten Abend sehr genossen.

Was soll man großartig dazu sagen - volle Punktzahl. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und eine herausragende Gastgeberin (Frau Leismüller). Wenn es uns nochmal in diese wunderschöne Ecke von Deutschland verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder!
