"Had an amazing trip stay with our family at the Murano!!! It was the kids first time in a bigger building and everyone loved it! Great artwork throughout the whole hotel, an all around cool place to stay!"

"It’s downtown Tacoma-that’s the description. The streets are empty and eerie. No people, no coffee shops, no bodegas, no nothing. Some shady looking youth on the corners. Otherwise it is very pretty. It’s 15 mins to the museum of glass and 15 to Tacoma Udab campus, which looked nice but eerily nevertheless. History museum, TAM, and the Port of Tacoma. Nice location if it was a normal town downtown 15 years ago ))) I mean I guess it’s everywhere like this. "

"Property clean & nice! However, second night room was not cleaned properly. Once we were asked by staff downstairs how everything was, we made them aware about our situation. Next day, outstanding! 😊 one bad thing that we didn't like, was coffee is not available through room service😔 Have to get ready & go purchase downstairs! Big no, no!"
