"Starting off with the bad: The AC in my room was intermittent, I wanted more for noise since the place isn't sound dampened enough, but I just loaded up a noise generator on my phone. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed or I would have tried to change rooms. The spa/Jacuzzi needs filtering, the water is really dirty. The good: The place is clean inside and out. Jessica met me promptly at the desk and was awesome. She tried her best to make me comfortable and happy, even checking if a special suite would be available, but it wasn't. She answered a couple more questions and was prompt.in answering the door when I needed in later. I misplaced my key and she had me another in 45 seconds. Great service! My room was a basic room with everything I needed for a one night stay, and almost everything (except AC) worked fine for what little I used. The bed was comfortable enough, even for a heavy guy. Overall I would say it's a good place to stay when in town on business and I will be back if I return to the area."
