"Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better"

"It was great! A perfect getaway in the woods. We didn't have the wifi password initially, and it said to reach out through the app. But we couldn't get online to ask. Could have been weather related, as the message went through the next day. Living room TV had Youtube TV, which was great. Bedrooms did not. Downstairs bathroom sink didn't drain. These are all very minor, we appreciated our stay very much and would certainly do it again!"

"Home was nice and as described, communication with host was amazing! Poorly worded caution sign on the cabinets made us worry we were to be charged for towels, but other than that the views were nice it’s in a quiet location but close to town, it was an enjoyable weekend "

"The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "

"This lovely home provided the perfect backdrop for our grandparent/grandchild trip to see snowy New Hampshire. Home is clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 3 day trip. Would definitely seek this property out if we return to the area!"

"Cotton Lake Cabin was the perfect HQ for a fall weekend with teens. My son mountain biked at nearby Highlands Park but also found the cabin's mountain road equally enjoyable to ride. The day began with a beautiful sunrise and then the mountains called....returned to enjoy a quiet evening gazing at the stars. We will return! Thank you."

"The location in Newfound is great and is close to our friends. The cottage is cute and about on the level of a 3 star hotel. We did reach out to the property manager several times with no response. The issues were minor. We may stay again."
