"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). "I stay in Cambs often and like this hotel as the studio rooms allow me to be more flexible. The room is clean on arrival, with lovely linen and a comfy bed. That said I have noticed maintenance issues across several rooms with bathroom sinks that do not drain and heating (or lack there of) and appliances not working. "
