"The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. Large well stocked kitchen with two large adjacent living areas, great location near the water with a classic wonderful pub a couple hundred feet away. "From start to finish we had a wonderful family time this Thanksgiving in Rustington. We were so close to Waitrose, the butcher and the local Turner Pies which made shopping for our holiday feast fantastic. All kitchen supplies were there and ready. We learned how to cook a “spatchcocked” turkey to fit in the smaller double oven. Delicious! The beds are key for me as are the linens. Here all were fresh and clean and pillows were very comfortable with a variety of softness. The whole place is new...

"The property is well positioned, parking is a challenge but we knew that before we arrived. Lovely shops to browse in, nice places to eat and lots to see. We very much enjoyed our stay despite the cold winter wind! "

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

A very homely feel, love the layout and my 8 yr daughter loved the quirky little bunk bed in the small kids room!! That was a bonus :) plenty to do nearby, but loved just stepping out onto the beach, and sitting on balcony watching/listening to the sea 💕 we would def be back here next time we need a few days away! "We had a 3 night family stay with our dog for New Year and this property was perfect for us. Quiet residential area. Dog exercise at the park just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop very close by if you don't have/don't want to use the car; personally we enjoyed the walk to Gunwharf Quay. A short drive to Southsea Prom and everything it has to offer. Beautifully renovated gate house 4 minute walk from the beach

"This is a lovely house that was very comfortable for the six of us, traveling along the south coast of England. It was historic feeling with the older gate house but had modern appliances and great family areas as well as pretty bedrooms. The walk to the sea is an easy, sheltered walkway and in the evenings, we saw local foxes, which was charming, especially for the kids. The house also has a small grocery two-minutes walk away and that was perfect for running over for pain-au-chocolat in the...

"We were a party of 12, including children aged 10-18, celebrating the New Year. The property was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most stunning homes we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful extra touches from Emma and Vicky—like the welcome hamper—were truly lovely.When one of our toilets didn’t flush properly, Vicky quickly arranged for a plumber, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house!"

The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control.
