"Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Caution: This B&B was difficult to find. Lots of steps and my husband is partially disabled. A young man did help with the bags. The room was very basic. The soap dispenser (just one for both sink and shower) was empty. There were no toiletries as promised; when I asked for some, I was grudgingly given some half-empty, used ones. "The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"
