"Very nice boutique hotel BUT doesn't have elevator and phone to call front desk, I have to go down like 3 times to let them know things or to get some towels. Is not coffee at the room, you have to go down ordered and pay for it!! "

"The Riva Hotel was great, lovely staff, Irenia, and the patio was enormous and well furnished. The kitchen had issues and could have used both a microwave and a few more drawers for utensils and food. Also there could have been more lamps for reading in the bedroom and another comfortable chair in the living room. My biggest issue was that there was a power outage for 8 hours and a water outage the next day for over 12 hours. Neither time did the staff attempt to tell us what was going on. I...
