"Wow! From the moment we drove through the gates and were welcomed by Valentino, we were blown away. The property is stunning from the outside but is surpassed by what the owners have done to decorate the inside. "My wife and I and our three young children stayed in this lovely home for two weeks and I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. The home is a comfortable, charming French chateau with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It's situated amongst vineyards and sunflower seeds creating a beautiful setting. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Hotel in great location. Walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Had to use public parking but was close by. Hotel is well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Had co-joined rooms with only complaint being couldn’t turn off hallway light between. Skipped breakfast with numerous breakfast spots close by hotel. Would definitely recommend as the appearance and facilities hard to beat "
