"The stay was mostly OK, but there are a few issues. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. "We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees.
