"This is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a great holiday - swimming pool (cleaned regularly), air conditioning, pool table, balcony, etc. Note that the property is split between upstairs (3 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms) and downstairs (2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchen / dining/ living area) with external stairs - not an issue, but a small surprise. Also note that it's at least an hour's drive to get anywhere apart from the local towns & lake (roads in Croatia are slower than around our home). So as long as you are ok with driving a fair while (e.g. to Zadar, Pg, Nin, Sibenik, Split, Plitviska, etc.) or content to stay by the villa's pool, then you'll be fine."

"It was a fun experience. Our 16yo and 5yo loved it and so did we. It felt safe to have our youngest one running around and exploring our house surroundings. The rooms were clean. Convenience store was very close. The beach was perfect for our youngest. The road to our house was quite narrow for our medium size SUV, but nothing could’ve been done about it, and it is a glamping experience. Great stay! Great fun! We would love to come back!"
