On approx. 56 m² up to 5 guests can be accommodated in this beautiful vacation domicile. The 3-room apartment is divided into a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The south-facing balcony is a special highlight. A free parking space is available directly at the house. In addition, there is the possibility to barbecue in front of the house on the barbecue area. In the annex there is a coin-operated sauna and a storage room for bicycles.

Living and cooking

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, there are everything from the stove over the oven to the dishwasher everything a vacationer's heart desires. The apartment is located directly on the woodland and is only about 800 meters from the sandy Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade. Shops are located in the center, about 2 kilometers from the apartment. A bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment.

The larger bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dresser for the holiday wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink a toilet and storage space for cosmetic products. Also a hair dryer is available.
