"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I travel to Istanbul frequently. However, this hotel was a delightful surprise for us. We had initially planned to stay for only five days but ended up extending to 22 nights. It was an excellent decision. The staff's interaction with the guests was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, free of unpleasant odors, or anything that you might encounter in some other hotels. I used three rooms in the hotel—three rooms of different sizes and levels. All three were equally clean, well-organized, and the staff interaction was consistent. The hotel is excellent for transportation, with very close connections, and Istiklal Street’s beauty needs no introduction. "

There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately."
