"An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. "The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there. However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. Some of the issues we noticed: 1: Broken Tiles in the bathroom. 2: Room furniture shows signs of wear 3: Room air conditioning not operational 4: Bed mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement.
