"After our pervious week in 2022, we were delighted to return to Eileen's rental house. We were warmly welcomed, and then left to settle in. We appreciated Eileen contacting her "fish man" who came by and we purchased fresh scallops, hake and a fish new to us. We enjoyed the remoteness and the comfort of the house, settling in the big chairs to read and watch the changing views of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return."

We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo."

"We had a love stay on the outskirts of Oughterard! The property was quiet and remote and very enjoyable! Only thing I would say is we were a little confused on how to access the property at first because the address given stops at the cottages. I would also have liked the property manager to be more responsive, but the local contact was very helpful! Over all, this stay was great and will be incredibly memorable for a long time!"

"We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Glinsk Bay Holiday Rental in Connemara, Galway, and "perfect" doesn't even begin to describe it! The location is stunningly serene, with breathtaking views across the bay and the mountains as a picturesque backdrop. Every morning, we were greeted with the beauty of the landscape right outside the windows, reminding us we were in a truly magical place. The holiday home itself was cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches...

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"This georgian house is impressive but in great need of some TLC. Mary the house keeper/property manager does a great job of keeping it clean and tidy but there are serious things that need addressing in order to maintain the house: the house has damp - stained peeling wallpaper shows this, as do the mushrooms growing out the beam by the front door. I'd urge the owner to get this under control before it takes hold of the property. A few features in the description are untrue: there is no games...

"We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Debbie's amazing house, there isn't a single thing to fault! The location is fab, the view of the sea is spectacular and the whole area is very scenic. The house was perfect for us, very clean and spacious, with absolutely everything we needed, and more. Debbie was the perfect host, kind, caring and very informative, our children loved her! "This was just a marvelous place to stay. The house was a great location and equipped with you need. All the information we received was spot on accurate. We had great Irish weather - sunny some days, windy and rainy others. The School House was like a safe harbor. Plenty to do in the area - hiking, shopping, great food at local restaurants, convenient grocery shopping. Thanks to the owners. A great memory. "

"This house had everything you could want, plus a view to die for. We were lucky enough to have sunshine for most of our visit so could sit out and enjoy the 270 degree view of the ocean and farm fields below. The house had all the emenities you could want, and Debbie was a joy to chat with. We certainly did not want to leave when our week was up! "

"We had a wonderful time. Christa was great and so kind and helpful. The house was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean, cozy, and the bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. There was plenty of room and easily could fit a couple more. The location was perfect and there was a great space to park the rental van. Over all this is a fabulous house for groups. We loved the house and the area. Thank you Christa for the warm welcome and delicious cake. "
