House was well appointed but missing some small things that we would normally expect from a rental (coffee machine - keurig only, bedside lamps etc.). Pool was enjoyed but a few more floaty/pool toys would be appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay for our large, multigenerational family. "

"We stayed for 7 days at Humble Pie Cottage and found it comfortable and quiet. Highlights included morning coffee on the deck listening to the neighbour’s rooster off in the distance ( not loud, as houses are a distance apart), and watching sunsets from the living room windows. The cottage was well equipped in the kitchen, and there was also a washer and dryer. There is a winery just up the road, and groceries are available nearby. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation."

"The home is older but very well looked after. It was very clean with all the supplies we needed. We were hoping to ride our bikes to the beach but the roads were too busy so we had to drive to the beach but it is very close. A little welcome booklet with tips about the property and information about the area would have been helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and we were happy to use the exercise bike and free weights."

"8 retirees enjoying a getaway for biking and golfing. Good central location. The cottage is spacious and has good ambience. Though, Cupboards and stairway to loft were quite squeaky. The basement was musty if the heater wasn’t on. The bathroom supplies were sparse- only starter provided. Overall, good value for the price. "

"Im going to start by saying i was worried becauae i read some unfavorable reviews. But i am so happy i booked anyway, it so surpassed my expectations. We were coming to visit Holland college and the location is perfect, my son could walk over and meet his friends, you are close to the waterfront and lots of choices to eat without having to drive. The hotel is going thru some renos, the lady that checked us in was so friendly, she even called the room shortly after we arrived to see if we were okay with the room. We stayed across the road from the main building and the room was so clean, no carpets, comfy beds and lots of pillows. We only stayed one night, but will definately return on our next trip"
