Kids under 7 are free with paying adults. Fees can be paid at the administration office, clubhouse, or recreation center. Beaches and outdoor pools are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The indoor pool, rec center (weekends only), and snow tubing hill are open during the off-season

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located above the main entrance facing the driveway, camera 2 is located on the front of the house facing the sliding door entrance, and camera 3 is located on the back patio facing the back and side of the house. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
