"Marie-Lauren and Stephane are excellent hosts. The house and facilities just right for us. The heated swimming pool just wonderful. Short walk to nice beaches and nice coastal walks. We stayed for two weeks and we found plenty to do for all age groups (children from 9 to 13). Local restaurant le Carre excellent and highly recommended easily coping with our lack of French! First time we visited this part of France and we really enjoyed it. 1 hour from the Roscoff ferry."

"A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

The garden was well used for eating al fresco and relaxing on loungers and in the hot tub. We appreciated the wine on arrival, an invitation to the local Fest Noz and the amazingly interesting views. "Our family had a wonderful stay in this excellent villa in the fantastic village of Porspoder. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our dog. The property was great and the private pool was superb. Perfect to splash around in and play in the heat - we even went in when it was raining! There is a brilliant shop (Utile) about 3-5mins walk from the property which catered for everything we needed for the week and with the beach about 5-10mins walk away, we were able to walk along the...

"Le logement a été rénové très partiellement et à l'arrache et non entièrement. L'électricité n'est pas aux normes. Certains équipements manquent par rapport à l'annonce. Il manque de sécurité à la terrasse. La vu sur le grand terrain est très appréciable et le lieu est calme. Dommage le logement a un fort potentiel mais avec une bonne rénovation."

"Much larger swimming pool than we imagined and the beaches a few minutes in the car are white sand. The garden is quite large and there is decking and plenty of seats outside. Nextflix available and wifi was good. The beds are a mixture of single double and sofa beds. Arnaud the owner was very friendly. For us, on prior request he allowed three small dogs."

"Excellent property in a wonderful area. Close to plenty of coastal walks and beaches, and only a 5 minute drive from Crozon.The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable, even in the winter time. Would absolutely recommend and hopefully stay there again in the future."
