"The “suite” had two rooms, but the second room was really an office with chairs and a desk rather than a living-room seating area, which was not that convenient. It was also located near the three lifts / elevators, so we had that noise in the evenings and early mornings (before 0600 as many guests had to get to work)."

Luckily to system started to work after a while, surely it is possible to employ a member of staff to work overnight to deal with situations like this, and in event of fire!!"
