"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op de boerderij van de fam Sabitzer. We waren met 2 gezinnen, in totaal 9 kinderen maar er was ruimte genoeg zowel binnenshuis als buitenshuis. Veel speelgelegenheid voor de kinderen. De boer en boerin wonen er naast en waren erg vriendelijk en hebben erg hun best gedaan om het ons naar het zin te maken. "Overall an amazing hotel and beautiful area, I just got an “family room” with door option to the neighbor room and could hear every sound, sadly the neighbors with 2 kids screamed most of the night as well as the morning. "

"I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

"Well located, very comfortable bed. Hard to park- room keys did not work to open garage door and reception closes at 6pm and restaurant around 11pm so not possible to get help if one gets there late. Parking close by is expensive."

"We arrived late at night to the hotel, reception was closed but the owner had left an envelope with everything we needed for our stay with a warm handwritten note (including instructions to get a beer from the fridge!) The room was clean and spacious, the property well maintained, and breakfast next morning delicious. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."
