Renovated historic apartment - bright and spacious

The newly renovated holiday apartment is located in a historic building, just 5 minutes from the center of Goslar. The apartment has high and bright rooms combined with modern furnishings and is surrounded by a green park including a stream.

The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and two bathrooms. The open kitchen is modern and offers enough space for cooking and eating. The spacious living room is bright and there is a TV and free WiFi.

From the bedrooms and the living room you have a beautiful view of the garden. At the moment deer and their fawns live in the park and with a bit of luck you can see them from the window.

There is a garage space in the courtyard and other cars can park for free in front of it. Bicycles and strollers can also be parked in the garage.

Check-in is contactless via an access number. This means that arrival can be granted at any time of the day.

The entrance to the Harz Mountains is not far from the apartment, with its diverse hiking and biking trails in summer and the ski area in winter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und komfortabel. Insbesondere die drei bequemen Boxspring-Betten waren für uns ein großer Pluspunkt, aber auch die moderne Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Dank der guten Beschreibung des Vermieters haben wir die ein wenig versteckt gelegene FeWo gut gefunden. Von dort aus haben wir Ausflüge in alle Richtungen des schönen Harzes gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

Die Wohnung ist super geräumig und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Goslar und vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ebenfalls gut geeignet um eine Menge Stempel der Harzer Wandernadel zu erwandern.

Ankommen, staunen und wohlfühlen. Die Fewo ist auf einem alten, aber noch genutzten Firmengelände. Wir fanden es super . Hinten raus gibt es einen wunderschönen Park mit altem Baumbestand. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. An- und Abreise lief ohne Probleme. Für Unternehmumgen braucht man zwar ein Auto, aber die Wandergebiete und auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in einem Gewerbegebiet ( mit dem Auto 3 Minuten ) zu genüge vorhanden. Eine Unterkunft, die man nur empfehlen kann.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, alles notwendige war vorhanden und es war sauber. Gute Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (z. B. Wernigerode und der Brocken)

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor Ort hat die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation über FeWo-direkt haben wir nicht hingekriegt.

Clean and spacious apartment
The appartment is well represented by the listing photographs. There’s plenty of space, the kitchen is very usable and the chairs in the living room had been replaced with more comfortable ones. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The shower in the main bathroom was especially nice. The things that were slightly less good were getting in and the location. We arrived later than expected and in the dark. Driving into the courtyard felt unnerving as the apartment is adjoined to factory units which were all closed up and in darkness. Once we located the apartment, we struggled with the electronic lock and feel the instructions for this could be clearer. The apartment is on a busy road in an industrial area of Goslar. Over all, it was a good base for exploring the Harz for a day or two.
