"Great lodge with Sauna, rooms were all a good size and 3 bathrooms was a massive help. No cost on the local buses if you are a skier. Restaurant good and so is the shop, swimming pool is lovely but needs to be warmer esp for little ones."

"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. ..."
