"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"Tucked away in Eastern Slovenia this property has all the amenities. Great rooms, great staff, excellent pools. Meals were great. Nice golf course although could be better organized. Difficult to follow. Needs better signs."

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"This spa resort is the ideal place for restoration and relaxation. Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. I've been twice, once alone, once w/ my partner, and both times were simply perfect. Loads of biking, swimming, sauna, a few treatments in the spa, great meals, long walks,...
