The manager gives great clear instructions to the location and the check-in and check-out process. The facility has free self service laundry faility which is a super plus add-on value. "Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

"This hotel/apartment was lovely! I really loved it. It's very spacious with a gorgeous veiw of the sea and mountains. The balcony was lovely. I highly recommend this room! The staff and cleaning staff were lovely too. The only small thing is there was a tapping noise near the bedroom coming from the pipe/AC unit on wall. It didn't bother me until the last night and stopped me from sleeping tbh. Luckily I had a sofa bed to move to but just wanted to feedback :) "

"Overall, this was a nice place to stay for one night. The host was very generous and allowed us to come in early because of the rain. The Room is nicely decorated. There’s a nice view of the river from the balcony. Bed was comfortable, and overall the room was very clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and cruise port. Our only two suggestions are: provide a trashcan for the kitchen area and add a few door mats"

"I want to start with the positives. This place is in an excellent location, we walked to everything in Old Town that we wanted to do. It was very clean, and well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and other basic necessities. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. The views from both windows were also really amazing. Communication was also very good! Now to the not so great. Stairs, stairs, stairs. It was mentioned in other reviews that there is no elevator, which was fine…...

"We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!"

"The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Fairly new. Location was awesome with the perfect view (and sunsets). Large patio. Beautiful pool. But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order. Staff was quick to respond to requests."
