"This property is absolutely beautiful! Located in a quiet village in a region of rolling hills and vineyards. Closest little town is about 5 minutes away which is convenient for groceries. St. Emilion and all its offerings is a 20 minute drive. We found this to be a great spot to explore the Bordeaux region. Please note you will need a car. "France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

The well stocked DVD library meant our kids were never short of entertainment. The owner Herve gave very good advice on local amenities and places to eat. "Only a step away from everything in Libourne Great little place for a couple. Old spiral wooden staircase to living section so no good for older people. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine I garage. Outside really not great but can put washing out there to dry Great communication with host."
