"trés bon accueil, chambre agréable, propreté irréprochable. salle commune pour le petit déjeuner très agréable également. ma seule réserve concernerait la télévision (minuscule et fonctionnant assez mal) je me dis qu'à partir du moment où on en met une elle doit être en rapport avec le dimensionnement de la chambre. pour tout le reste je conseille vivement cette adresse. "Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The hotel is in a business area, so there isn’t much around it. There is a fee for parking, but it is in and out privileges. The self serve laundry was the only down side. It took several hours to dry one load of wash. The front desk receptionist was most helpful in all our requests and needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Nantes."

"It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it. I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out. It's not the end of the world and honestly, it's cheap to ask your guest to do that. I dont mind doing it, again, got all the boxes,...
