"We had a great couple of weeks in the villa, but I have really struggled with how to review it. The villa was clean and well furnished, with almost everything you might need, however some of the information provided, and equipment could benefit from a little updating. On our arrival the management company didn’t even bother to meet us, and just directed us to where they had left the keys. The outside space, with the exception of the pool, was poorly maintained, the bbq area was old and tired, the grass was long and dying, there was a full ashtray by the pool. This left us with a really poor first impression. It was all reported to the management company but despite following up nothing more was heard during the whole 2 weeks. I did notify the owner who was very apologetic, but struggled to do anything due to being overseas. However, despite all this, we did have a fantastic couple of weeks. The children loved the pool, which was recently updated, and very clean. The local area is great, with loads to see and do within a reasonable distance. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance and we got the bus into Varna on several occasions. You do need a car to get further afield, but driving is reasonably easy, if you are cautious of potholes and crazy overtaking! "

"Remote area perfect for avoiding large tourist crowds. Good restaurants few steps away, nice beach with fine white sand, clean and warm water.Great location for rediscovering pure nature. "

"We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! The hotel was always clean and well maintained. There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family could always find something that they loved. The ladies on the kitchen and in the dining room were very nice and friendly. Another surprise was a special dinner on Saturday which happened to be our last night with decorated dining room, music, champagne and party on the beach! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. "

"The villa is in a lovely quaint village with a small supermarket that's open until 10pm everyday. There's a lovely church opposite for those that go. Everyone is really friendly and the taxi drivers always drop right outside the house!"

"We were by error sent up to a dirty unmade room. It shocked us. Not close to any food services. The room was dark. Bathroom flooded. When i asked for a second cup of coffee i was fiven cold coffee with attitude. I would hsve paid for coffe. Just bad service. "
