Please note that this house is on the same property as another rental. Much has been done to ensure both groups have their privacy ( fences, separate parking areas, etc.) so please feel at ease.


My wife Cathy and I live about a mile from the House so we will be available to help out with most questions and issues if there be any. Feel free to text, call or email at any time!

Coffee shop with live music every Friday and Saturday evening within a 2 minute walk! Tons of small shops in the Kitchen Kettle Village of Intercourse, PA also with in a few minutes walk.

Walking is ideal to tour Kitchen Kettle, but can drive the car there also. Bikes would be fabulous to tour the Amish Country., lots of beautiful farmlands and rural views in this area!

Great House, Great Location
Everything about this rental was easy and comfortable. The location is perfect for all the area attractions, near food, shopping, and Amish activities. The hot tub was a really nice bonus, the house had everything we needed and was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot and stay here again anytime we visit the Lancaster area.

Great stay in intercourse pa
The probably is in a great location and very clean and also had a great outdoor area with firepit and comfortable chairs for everyone just wish it was a little warmer so we could have used it. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.

A Great Spot
Our young family had an unparalleled vacation at this property. The location is ideal; convenient to both Lancaster city and the popular and hidden attractions of the County. The Stolfuses are expert, gracious hosts. The home is clean, comfortable, and modern.

Cozy stay in Intercourse, Pa.
Overall, the house was very clean and comfortable. The large TV in the living room was a very nice feature. Hot tub was very clean and easy to access. We did notice a slight musty smell when entering, there was no grill brush, and grill had discarded cigarette butts from last occupant.

Home away from home.
What a beautiful home with beautiful touches inside and out! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay I slept like a log, and got up to sit on the porch with my cup of coffee, so relaxing! Had a lovely walk to downtown Intercourse, so many cute shops and so close. A beautiful fire pit was waiting for us, those chairs were so comfy! We can't wait to come back again!

Absolutely love this house!
What an incredible home and property. The attention to detail and cleanliness was superb. The location was perfect for our stay and if we are ever back in Amish country, the Amish Guest House will be our 1st choice. Also, we were able to be the first to sleep on the new mattresses and give them a 5 star rating! Extremely comfortable!

Stayed at daniels house for a long weekend with my husband, 2 year old as well as our friends and their 11/2 year old. House had everything you would need. Very child friendly, clean and updated and fire pit was an added bonus to hangout at when the kids fell asleep. Walking distance to restaurants and shops but put into consideration most are closed on Sundays. Staying here allowed us to enjoy a weekend away without feeling out of budget. Would definitely look to stay again when I return to the area.

This property was fantastic. Close to Kettle Village and other shops. Was super clean and comfortable. Everything in the house was beautiful and updated. The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The only thing I would suggest is curtains in the bedrooms over top of the blinds to help shield light at night.

Family time
This was definitely the best deal for our family stay consisting of grandparents from California, parents and 2 young children, 4 & 7, from Long Island. So happy you were available on a last minute road trip decision. Spent 2 days at Herseypark and the last day learning about the Amish culture including a smorgasbord dinner at Shady Maple. We had a fabulous time enjoying the fire pit, hot tub and relaxing beautiful environment. You're a hard-working, simple, humble, entrepreneural community that the younger generation needs to learn from. Thanks again and will think of your place should we come out this way again.

Our experience was amazing! The home was super clean and welcoming! It was relaxing and a great place to unwind and reconnect with family. We loved the firepit at night! The kitchen was great too, I was able to bake and make meals for the family. The home was close to all the sights, museums, and farms. Lapp's Ice-cream is a must visit, not far from the house. The host was very accommodating and was very quick answer any questions that arose. We will be repeat customers!

The house was spotless with a lot of little extras. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly. It originally listed the second bath had a shower which it does not. However, I believe the listing has been updated.

Fun, Food, & Family
We had a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Well equipped kitchen, linens, towels, etc. The large screen TV and fast internet came in handy when the kids needed to know unwind. My favorite was sitting on the porch doing my morning and evening devotions and listening for the clip/clop of the horse and buggies go by interrupted by cars and trucks zooming by. The only improvement might be to include some family games such as uno or skip-bo.
