One suggestion is to add a loveseat or more seating in the main living area so 4 people can sit comfortably. Kitchen well stocked but could use a dish rack for washing dishes and a toaster. You have a clear view of the river from the living room and back porch which is absolutely invigorating. The house was so clean and well appointed.
