"Old style appartment,but clean,tidy and spacious,for the price its great value,very central in town,only problem is parking,but we paid the $25 for secure parking onsite,which i think is fare for secure lock up parking,recommended by me "

"Convenient breakfast situation, pleasant restaurant next to venue. Pleasant and attentive staff. Rather basic room, but scrupulously clean and incredibly helpful and pleasantly friendly cleaning staff. Great location for walking access to Museum of Waikato and Art Gallery. "

"Convenient location to local shopping, city center, public transport and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the room clean and sufficient. The only kitchen amenities were a mini fridge, kettle, glasses, a couple spoons and tea/coffee. Was a challenge to prepare own meals. Off road parking was safe & convenient to rooms. I would stay here again."

"The property far exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredible. Rooms were clean and we got fresh towels daily. So many staff on the grounds doing maintenance daily. The pool was so wonderful and kids stayed whole time in there. Walking distance to plaza with supermarkets and food and cafes and restaurants within 2nd walk also. Cannot fault anything and we will be back "
