It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! "Amazing hotel in Pucon, great breakfast, best scrambled eggs on our travels. Staff were so friendly and hotel was spotless. Really quirky with lots of lovely artworks in the hotel. They should get in touch with Laundrette and bus company across the road to arrange to cut the tree down to give you unspoilt views of the volcano. Would defo stay here again."

"The first thing you need to know is they have NO AIR CONDITIONING, which in this recent heatwave was NOT cool (pun intended! 😉) Although the outside of the building is unimpressive, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and look as if they've recently been remodeled. Breakfast was good."

"My family and I enjoyed this unique property. The outdoor space, the view of the mountains, lake front property and the close proximity to Pucon was great. Breakfast was great to start off your day. Beds were comfortable, not crowded at all for summer season. It was very tranquil and relaxing. We will most definitely go back and stay at this property again. "

"The Lake Lodge is fantastic. The rooms are to a very high spec with floor to ceiling views over the lake from every single one. The grounds, pool and common areas (including a rooftop area for star gazing) are similarly well appointed. Breakfast is delicious - made fresh for you from high quality ingredients. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend. The lodge is a short drive from the town so you are guaranteed peace and tranquillity for your stay. "

"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."
