Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a couple of locked closets for supply storage.
In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. Host reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.
I live and work in Charleston--- I will not be at the premises during guest stays, but I can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

Oaks Estates
Easy access to the home from the main road, and very close to the lake down the street. Friendly neighbors and a fun walk through the neighborhood with plenty of wildlife to view from the lake.
Up to 6 cars could fit along the main driveway, with some street parking available immediately in front of the home.

We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.
Please help us in using the garage only for recreation and relaxing, no cars or vehicles are to be placed in there during your stay. A $250 fee will be accessed if vehicles are detected in the garage.
We are happy to offer our home as pet-friendly! There is a $45.00 per pet, per night fee applicable to all guests bringing pets. This fee covers standard cleaning after your pet(s) to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all guests.
Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. We kindly ask that you supervise your pets at all times to prevent any accidents or mishaps.
Undisclosed Pets: Guests bringing undisclosed pets will be subject to a fee of $200 per night, per pet. To avoid any additional charges, please be sure to inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along.
Pet Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a limit of 2 pets. This ensures a manageable number of pets on the property and maintains a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. $250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest.
$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest. Please be sure to update your reservation guest list total if any changes occur prior to check-in.
All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.
