A unique spacious home of 24 sqs offering 3 large bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one double), tv room with trundle bed 10m by4 m two large bathrooms including sunken bath in master bedroom. Large kitchen/family/casual dining with access to undercover pergola area. Large home theatre room with access to a fully enclosed bbq room overviewing a beutifully landscaped rear garden and large timber deck and rear entertaining areas. Solid Baltic floorboards throughout. R/C air conditioning to living areas, plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Pot belly stove in family room with wood provided. Double driveway with room for boat/caravan. Linen/towels provided. Its very spacious .if you are looking for the perfect layout all the bedrooms are very privately located off the passageways great for 2 to 3 couples or great for families their are lots of special features and 4 distinctly seperate outdoor living spaces to enjoy your cup of coffee or wine

Awesome place to chill!
So close to town centre to walk and not far from the beach. Gorgeous cottage, I would recommend this little house to anyone wanting comfort.

Winter break in goolwa

Perfect getaway with excellent provisions
We were very comfortable and were impressed with the provisions. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed relaxing in the gardens for our meals - very picturesque. It was good to have the pot belly for those cold nights. Thank you so much Diane, we would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender Cottage. The house was well setup and functional with a lot of eclectic touches which made the stay more interesting. It is one of those properties where the photos don't do it justice.

A Time to Relax and Chill
Lavender Cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Tranquil gardens organised in a well thought out manner. A very generous supply of amenities, blankets, towels and pantry items. Many places throughout the property where you can find a quiet nook. Highly recommended getaway!

This wonderful home was ideal for us and our teenage sons. Perfect layout and separation of living areas, beautiful and functional open plan kitchen/dining, amazing gardens/outdoor living. Highly recommend and hope to return one day.

Thanks Dianne for a lovely stay at Lavender Cottage. We will definitely book this house again. The location was great - just steps from the riverfront and with a cafe just around the corner. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and has plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the lovely garden. Supplied breakfast provisions were a welcome touch! One of the nicest family holidays we have had. Will be back!

Perfect Getaway House
Our group of four friends enjoyed a lovely and relaxing weekend getaway in this beautiful property. Absolutely stunning garden with multiple spaces to sit and enjoy the space. The beds are very comfortable and all linen is high quality. The home is well represented by the photos and if anything is even better in real life. Lots of lovely little touches and all the pantry and fridge basics (and more) are provided. Absolutely recommend this home, we will definitely return.

Lavender Cottage Get away
Wow!! Close to river for walks, 10 minutes walk to Goolwa main street, but very quiet in the accomodation. Beautifullly appointed, clean with all one needs for a stay. We did not want to leave the property it was so inviting, light, spacious and calming. Ideal for say 3 couples, we did not use all the space as it ended up only being the 2 of us as our friends could not come because of illness. Would highly recommend and we met Dianne as we were leaving - a great host!

Wonderful Stay.
This property is beautiful. Everything you need is provided and lots of space for families to spread out. The bath is lovely! Great BBQ out the back and the garden is so tranquil. Peace and comfort. Lavender Cottage was a pure delight from start to finish. Very welcoming, clean and nicely supplied with some delightful extras. A really lovely welcome Xmas basket greeted us and comfy beds were a bonus. Loved the high bench tops no stooping or strained backs for us. Highly recommend this PERFECT holiday let. Bravo Dianne.
