"Great hotel "

"Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. My mom told her both are my daughters are residing in the hotel even that she insisted not to accompany my parents whereas it didnt create any problem when my sister checked in on the same day and i accompanied her. Also, my parents could have been given a ground floor room instead of a first floor room. But overall our stay was a nice experience."

"Our stay at Belle Mare Plage was nothing short of exceptional! The resort's scenic surroundings made for some unforgettable memories, whether we were exploring the area, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the activities on offer. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to the extremely helpful and friendly staff at the AR Bars, La Citronelle Lakaz Indigo beach restaurant deer hunter receptions, boat house staff and the ski team !! It's a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend. "

"Very family friendly hotel in a beautiful setting. Kids club had a variety of fun activities and food choices for our 1.5yr and 4yr kids were surprisingly great with nutritious healthy options available. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, could’ve been a bit cleaner at times."
