"I will be honest the hotel is a little on the older side, but still very clean and comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. Where I was over impressed and over joyed was what happened after I checked out and got home 3 hours later. I realized that I had forgotten a bag, I called right away in a panic and the receptionist assured me that housekeeping found my purse, the next day the Manager called me, we verified a couple things and after his shift he went to the shipping facility and within a couple days I had my bag back! I was never so impressed by the quick and reassuring response from all the employees at the hotel!!!! Couldn’t have been happier with how they handled my situation. 👍"

"Stop on way to Michigan from CA. New hotel, good pet area. Location close to downtown, walkable. College area, but quiet. Very clean and covered parking underground. Breakfast excellent, area clean. "
