"This property was very clean but dated. We had a good restful time. The old Wigemog Inn is next door. In the thirties it was going place with the likes of Jimmy Dorsey playing there. The rich would come from Toronto to stay the summer. The Inn has been left to rot by its last owner. It looks like a eyesore. As a result investment in upgrading at Haliburton Heights has been put on hold till they get the inn demolished."

"Our 2 night stay was great. The quiet was just what we needed. Clean and very organized cottage. There was everything we needed already there (minus food & drink). There is a small store in Gooderham, & Minden or Haliburton were @ 30min away. The lake was calm and not busy. We didn't get a chance to use the Arcade, but there was foosball, darts and others games for kids. Hot tub was nice. Its only a 2 person (or 4 Kevin Harts). The sauna was nice. Took a bit to the fire going, but got it ....

"Stayed here as part of a group of eight friends. The main room is beautiful and we loved hanging out there when we weren't sipping coffee on the dock. There was also plenty of space indoors and outdoors to spread out throughout the day, with lots of things to do (as described in the listing). Curtis was an excellent host -- very accommodating, communicative and generous with the check-in treats ;) We had a great time overall and would certainly recommend the place.
