Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly restored cabin that dates back to 1890. Located between Bedford & Lynchburg, you are close to numerous local attractions while also enjoying life in the country. Relax with a book or cup of coffee on the porch or sunroom. Full kitchen has all you need to make meals. Step outside and look for deer and wild turkeys during the day, enjoy star-filled skies at night. Also, be sure to make memories out by the fire pit while you’re here! *Ask about scheduling a visit with Ruby the goat, during your stay!
The master suite has a queen bed & full bathroom. There are two twin beds in the loft, the couch folds to a full size bed, & an automatic twin blowup mattress is available, all linens provided. Second full bathroom is off of the living room. Efficient front loader W/D available for your laundry. Hand soap, 1 set of toilet paper and garbage bags are provided.
Throughout the cabin are touches of items uncovered during the renovation…old boards found behind the walls are now the kitchen backsplash, a local company cigarette carton from the 1900’s, original beams, records uncovered in the loft can be played on the record player, and other fun finds are scattered throughout the space.
Guests will get their own code to unlock the front porch door before check-in time.

There are exterior security cameras on the property for guest and host safety.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. If found to be smoking, you will be asked to leave the residence immediately and the remainder of your trip will not be refunded, in addition to a $150 additional cleaning fee. This house rule also includes marijuana of any kind.
There are no pets of any type allowed, this includes service animals, due to allergies and health concerns.
No guests not listed on the booking are allowed. No parties or large groups permitted unless prior authorization from hosts.
