The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Breakfast was great. Our only complaint is that we were in a handicap-accessible room and there was nothing that prevents shower water from going everywhere, so the carpet outside the bathroom stayed damp and VERY musty-smelling.

Feeling safe is a MUST!
The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe. I had actually booked another hotel not really paying attention to which hotel and I didn’t feel safe there. Fortunately they did refund my money so I was extremely thankful to get a room at Quality!

Loved the area. All the stores and restaurants are in walking distance.Room was good, only problem was the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way.
