Catiuccia and Carmelo are really nice persons and we immediately felt like home with them. even if we had some little incidents like internet, boiler and so on everything was solved really quickly. we got new friends over there and is not the last time we will go there :)"

"This property is one of the most thought out, clean, well equipped, cared for places we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail that the owners have lovingly given to their property is outstanding. I highly recommend staying there. The swimming pool on site is also great and a good size for a swim and for the children to have a good game in. The owners were extremely helpful and were able to give recommendations of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!"

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

Unico appunto la strada di accesso avrebbe bisogno di un po’ più di cura ma capisco che non dipende dalla proprietà, deve essere fantastica per un gruppo di amici in estate, noi ce la siamo goduta poco ma è stato un vero piacere trascorrere del tempo qui. They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. "Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."

"Lovely little cottage with gorgeous garden set in quiet countryside. Good communication with Francesco who dealt with issues rapidly. Extra charges for things like sheets were unusual for us, but maybe that's what happens in Sardinia. You'll need a car to get around this amazing island. We'd definitely come back to this lovely, peaceful property."
