"The Koho is well positioned, good access to everything. The facilities are great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pools are very clean, and overall it is a very good looking place. While I don’t recommend the spa, I highly recommend the people they use for transport and snorkelling tour!! Also, the people at the front desk are wonderful!!! They are so helpful, attentive and responsive."

"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. "Lovely property and superb staff but the air con in the room was inefficient , the owners must have been aware of this as there were portable fans in the room. There was also no working TV in my room, staff tried their best but could not get it working. On the second day there was a power outage on the island so all the hotels had problems but the issues above were there from day one. Fix the air con and internet and this place would be perfect."

"This place is beautiful and quiet and well-staffed. We were delayed by two days due to bad weather, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and shifted our dates with no hassle. Our room is clean and comfortable. The pool is fabulous. And the location is convenient to the beach and on a quieter side of the island. Not to be missed is the included breakfast. Wow. You will not to hungry. "

"Amazing spot on Gili Air! Snorkelling right out the front and swam with 2 x massive turtles on my first day. We went for a private snorkelling trip which was also great, but never swam with turtles anywhere near as big as the ones out the front of Chillout Bungalows - plethora of wildly colouful fish everywhere out there as well (make sure you see BamBam next door to hire your mask/snorkel/flippers - the guy is a legend and looked out for us and helped however he could whenever we saw...

"This place has the best energy. We stayed for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Very comfortable and has everything you need. The best part is the staff and owners.
