"Property was historic in nature. Quite grand. Many artifacts from the region during the ages in the region. ie: Snow sleds; ancient skis; racing sleds. Magnificent hotel. Dining room chandelier was massive. Staff were very nice. Meriam spared no expense to ensure i was very comfortable during my stay. Breakfast provided for anyones taste and needs. Highly recommend it."

"One of the most stunning hotels and areas I’ve ever stayed. Loved the decor and rooms are so well done and cozy. Great beds and showers. We had a lot of issues with the AC and couldn’t open the windows because the restaurant downstairs was loud, but they tried to help and other than that our stay was amazing. Amazing breakfast and the spa/wellness center are 5 stars. "

"To be exact, this review should really be for the Hey Hotel as I got upgraded to a family room, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short, I originally had a reservation at an apartment but as I misunderstood the check-in time, I had to scramble to book one night stay at The Guesthouse since we arrived late at around 11pm. The Guesthouse/Hey Hotel is probably the one of the very few that could accommodate late check-in. My family was pleasantly surprised to be informed by Arnis that we got upgraded. As it was quite late at night already and we have been on the train pretty much whole day, this was certainly a much welcomed gesture. The room was very spacious and clean"
