"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. "We stayed there about 6 years ago and found it charming and classic. This stay was just as pleasant. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to park in the municipal lot about 2 blocks away, although it is a safe underground garage. The hotel allows you to drive up to drop off and pickup luggage. Staying in the old city, walking distance from everything made up for any inconvenience. We highly recommend this...

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Vigo. Unfortunately the door to the balcony leaked due to the torrential rain we experienced one night. The bar was not open during our 3 night stay. Vigo is very, very hilly. "

"Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy. "

"It is an inexpensive room in a hostel. It was very clean, but run down. The staff are very nice and friendly. Our friends complained their room smelled of cigarettes, but we didn’t have that problem at all. "

"Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4. "
