"Family and I had a lovely stay at Poppy Apartments week 19th October,hotel was in a lovely quiet backroad within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and a really nice Park area. Hotel had a large pool which was nice and cool to escape the heat and the food on site was absolutely top notch I mean seriously good food.Family that owned the hotel couldn't do enough for you they were very friendly as was all local people we met. Had not visited Turkey for some 20 something years and forgot how scenic and welcoming it is and Fethiye ticked all the boxes for me it's definitely a place I would look forward to revisiting! "I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning there was no breakfast as it wasn’t worth them doing it for just one person. To top it all off they told me I could start the refund process with Expedia but then refused to refund us for the nights she didn’t stay. "
