"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS.
