If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. "Could not have asked for a better experience than this. We enjoyed every moment of our trip, it truly felt special and exciting. The spa was relaxing, the dinner was a fine dining experience that felt elevated and also wasn’t overly expensive. We felt like royalty staying here. The customer service was also exceptional, the front desk employees were all very welcoming and friendly. A very classy hotel in a beautiful part of Italy. We will be back. "

Amazing, relaxing hotel

"Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon. "
