We were in town for a sports camp and staying here made things so much easier than a hotel. Would stay again in a heart beat! Great location, very quiet neighborhood, all amenities!
The house is wonderful, spacious and clean and so comfortable! The owner is so nice and was very responsive with great communication. Great neighborhood, and the house locks up securely. It had everything we needed. Thank you so much, we loved our stay! Highly recommend!
The house was nice. Close enough to shopping etc. Any contact with the owner was responded to quickly. Also a nice neighborhood with well kept homes and yards.
This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. But we were pleased with this booking. I hope to book this place again next year if it is available.

It's someone's home, not a professional level rental
As the owner stated in response to another comment, this is a lived in home. A lot of Air/VRBO's are not owner occupied and strictly rental. A lot of the other listings were not available on short notice so I stayed here. Code lock is a little funky and the knob has to be in the exact right position to work. The kitchen and main bathroom are decent. The kitchen could use a deep clean though. Carpet needs replacing and bedrooms could use updating and some furniture. Owner had clothes and personal items laying around in master closet and dresser had some junk in it. Neighbor's dog was barking at 4am on 2 of 3 days I was there. Owner was responsive when I had issues working the front door lock. Seems like a nice guy, so I don't want to be harshly critical. Comparatively to other properties in the area, it's condition and cleaning is not what I'm used to. It's more just like staying at your buddies house while he's out of town.

I wasn’t expecting bugs
The property itself wasn’t awful, but it was lacking and has a roach problem. My first impression was, well I’m glad it was cheap. The grass wasn’t mowed, the bushes surrounding the house were overgrown and there wasn’t any working lights outside other than my headlights. The carport roof was leaky and starting to fall down throughout the entire center. the indoor roof has some spots that were worrisome as well. The front door didn’t lock from the outside, and we were unable to lock the door when we left to do things. The inside was decent, not many places to sit other than a small couch and a bed in the living room. The kitchen is nice and everything else was decent but dated. There was NOT a hot tub or spa tub as listed. And none of us could sleep bc there were massive palmetto bugs/roaches in the kitchen and we were completely freaked out.we ended up leaving at 11pm Sunday night instead of our intended Monday. Morning bc the bugs outside and inside the living space. The bedrooms had wrappers and crumbs under and behind the beds so we were nervous that the bugs would crawl on us to get to the crumbs and wrappers. Would not recommend, unless you are acclimated to having very large bugs fly and scurry around you
My family of seven stayed at the property. Check in was great. Priory could use some lights at the backyard entrance door to gain entrance. Inside was real cozy, definitely reminded us of grandma's house. We are a large family and the home had enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for us all, but not enough chairs to accomodate us at the dining table or in the living room watching TV.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
