The hotel needs to be more forward and explain the issue clearly to all guest instead of making them wait around with no answers."

"I absolutely loved the Marquette, no issue at all with the hotel. However...the drunk homeless population must be a real problem because they were EVERYWHERE downtown, making it very uncomfortable to walk around and enjoy the town. A shop owner told me "...just don't make eye contact and you should be fine"."
